About Our Practice
What to expect when you work with us.
Our Office
We operate from a comfortable, private space in Glasgow's city centre. Sessions take place in a quiet meeting room designed for focused conversation. The space is accessible and has step-free access from the street.
For clients who prefer remote sessions, we offer video consultations that work just as effectively. About half our current clients work with us entirely online.
Finding Us
Directions to our Glasgow city centre office.
By Train
Queen Street Station is a 4-minute walk. Exit onto George Square and head west along West George Street. Glasgow Central Station is about 8 minutes on foot via Gordon Street and West Nile Street.
By Bus
Multiple bus routes serve George Square and Buchanan Street, both within easy walking distance. Check Traveline Scotland for specific routes from your area.
By Car
Several multi-storey car parks are nearby, including NCP on Mitchell Street and Q-Park on Waterloo Street. Street parking in the immediate area is limited and typically metered. We recommend public transport where possible.
On Foot or by Bike
The office is centrally located and accessible from most parts of the city centre on foot. Secure bike parking is available at the nearby Buchanan Galleries, and there are NextBike stations within a few minutes walk.

Frequently Asked Questions
Send us an email introducing yourself and briefly describing what you are hoping to achieve. We will respond with some initial questions and suggested times for an introductory conversation. This initial chat is complimentary and helps us determine the best way to work together.
For personal finance sessions, having a rough idea of your monthly income and main expenses is helpful. Bank statements from the past two or three months can be useful but are not required. For business sessions, recent profit and loss figures and a sense of your current challenges are a good starting point.
We accept bank transfer, which is our preferred method. Payment is typically due before the session or course begins. For courses, we can arrange payment in instalments if needed. Invoices are sent via email with payment details included.
Absolutely. Everything discussed in sessions is confidential. We do not share client information with anyone. Any documents you provide are stored securely and deleted upon completion of our work together. See our privacy policy for full details on data handling.
Yes. While our office is in Glasgow, we regularly work with clients throughout Scotland and occasionally elsewhere in the UK via video sessions. The content and approach are identical to in-person meetings.
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we will find an alternative time at no extra cost. Shorter notice may incur a fee, though we always consider individual circumstances.
